If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We do not offer exchanges of items but will gladly process a refund.

 

Returns and Refunds

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

• item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• We will initiate a refund through the original payment method.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy

Due to the fact that student materials, classroom and/or range time has to be reserved and /or paid for in advance, refunds cannot be given. Cancellations that are made at least (5) day prior to the class start date will be eligible for a "course credit" towards a future class. Please contact us at the address/number below to cancel a class and to process the course credit.
